    These guys are nice and professional, but theyre salesmen. They dont seem to be there to resolve issues with plumbing, but instead they offer service at really high prices, offer financing and free toilets and 10% discounts for everything from rebuilding the whole system to $700 for a basic snaking. Which did not clear the main line. We called for a second opinion, and was able to get the same exact service to snake the main drain for hundreds of dollars cheaper AND the line is now clear!

    We have tried to contact **** multiple times via text, messenger and phone calls to resolve this issue. Her dad has since called and we are working to resolve the issue.

    I called late one afternoon and ***** was at my home mid morning the following day. ***** was extremely knowledgeable and a real Gentleman.     I called Totally Hooked Plumbing recently to unstop a commode at my granddaughter's house. The tech who came out was ****** and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was courteous, professional and went out of his way to explain what my granddaughter should avoid and why. He also went on top of the house and checked ALL the drains in her house to ensure there were no additional blockages and shared the pictures with me. The company is reasonably priced and I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs plumbing services of any type.
