      We had an appointment at 4 pm, 1.5 hrs before our appointment we got a text that he will be late and if we could do a later time or reschedule for the next day. we said, later is ok so new time was set for 5.30 Same day. At 5.15 he texted that he was still stuck where he was and the "owner" will be coming to us. No problem, we understood that sometimes you get stuck elsewhere. When 6 pm rolled around and nobody showed up I didn't think anyone would come by and we started dinner... The owner came at 6.30 (we were eating dinner by now) and he was totally unprepared, looked like he stopped at a Home improvement store to buy one of those measuring wheels. The way the whole consultation went was just not professional. He measured the width instead of the length and such things. And to top it all off there was no email or whatsoever afterwards to get a proposal, not that we would have signed a contract with them.

      Yes my guy was late over customer held him up but we did not have a pool in your price range so you are talking bad about me because you can afford the pool thats wrong

      Who are you to say what we can and cant afford? The funds are approved just so you know! You are just mad that you wont get our business and I left a bad review! We had 4 pool companies give us estimates and you were very unprofessional! Im glad we found this out before we signed a contract with you!
