      I was contacted by this company in August of 2023 after they acquired ****** *********/ **** **** *********. They initially claimed that I was delinquent on 35 invoices over a one year period. All payments were made by credit card and I sent them all of the pay stubs showing that I had paid them. They refused to accept this as proof and demanded that I go through a years worth of credit card statements and pick out these "missing" payments and prove that I had paid. The problem with that is there is no reference on any of the payments as to which invoice was paid for each payment on the statements. Mixed among the payments that they correctly recorded, there is no way to differentiate which payment is for what. Also, nine of the invoices were for an account that had been closed out since March of 2022, but the invoices were for additional months after that. I disputed their claims and they went silent for almost a year. In June of 2024 they sent me another list, where the first 21 invoices from the first list were gone, but they added 22 more, making the new total 36, which still includes 2 invoices from the job that was closed in March of 2022. The additional 22 invoices have no information on them as to what they are for. No address, no job names. After disputing this multiple times with this company, Toi Toi has refused to provide proof for any of these invoices and has sent my company to collections. I have disputed this claim with the collection agency but I fear that I am going to have to use my attorney to protect my credit score if this continues. Toi Toi has terrible on site service and terrible customer service. They clearly lost their records during their transition and now they want me to clean up their mess. I have a spotless payment record with all of my suppliers and vendors. Since I terminated their services, they have harassed me, demanding payment and ignored my questions about the fraudulent invoices.

      On September 28, 2023 I received an email with a fraudulent invoice for $344.70 from Toi Toi USA LLC for services provided to another resident in my subdivision. I tried to contact the vendor by phone but gave up after being on hold for more than 30 minutes. I then sent a detailed email to the vendor explaining the error and including the invoice. Today I received yet another invoice in the amount of $459.60. I have sent yet another email to the vendor but I doubt they will respond. I fear that my credit rating will be negatively affected by this persistent fraud perpetrated by this irresponsible and unresponsive business.
