      In the month of August 2022, we identified a propane gas leak involving a fire pit. Our regular servicer was contacted (Ferrel Gas) to come out and take a look. We were informed at that time the repairs would involve replacing the lines/connection which is something they did not handle. There was no charge for this visit. We then contacted AA Bottled Gas Co Inc. and explained the situation to the representative who answered. She proceeded with making an appointment for a field service technician to come out. When the technician arrived, the issue was explained again. His immediate response was that they don't handle this kind of work and left. The following month, a bill was received for $122.25. At no time was there an understanding that we would be billed for a "service call" for a service that was not even performed. The company representative should have known this work was not handled by the company but still scheduled the service appointment. At least 2 attempts were made to discuss with the business between myself and husband to no avail. The amount currently due is $129.25 due to added on late charges of $1.75 per month.
      AA Bottled Gas Co Inc. appears to be deceiving customers. At no time was the service fee mentioned in advance of scheduling the appointment and it would seem appointments are scheduled even if it's work that do not perform. This is not an honest business practice.
      The request is to adjust the invoice bill to $0.00.

      Two is***s:

      -1: I had a large gas tank from this company since about 2019. Firs is*** was that I went to pay my bill in person. They said they couldn’t take payment by card at that moment. They ended up taking my credit card but they never charged it. I was saddled with hundreds of dollars in interest which I paid because I didn’t think I had a choice.

      -2: in July 2022, we sold our house and moved from our residence at ***** *** **** **** *****, ************, ** *****. My wife spoke with *** on 7/2/2022, and she confirmed final payment. My wife requested they come and get the tank. They said they couldn’t at that time but would do so shortly. My wife was clear with her that we were moving. To date, the tank still hasn’t been picked up and this company continues to send us bills.

      This company has an atrocious billing system which results in overbillings, non Billings, and consistent errors. All my friends in my former neighborhood have is***s with this company.
