I had a brain mri done here that was misdiagnosed and signed by radiologist md which was sent to my doctor. It was later found to be dementia by another neurologist at **** ****** looking at this MRI. The **** ****** has stated it was misread by this radiologist. I have contacted this facility and spoke to ****** who was sarcastic saying doctors diagnose dementia randomly as they are sloppy. This facility is sloppy not the **** ******. Not knowing I have ****** without the **** ****** has caused me loss of job and doctor thinking I just have extreme anxiety and depression. How many other patients paying thousands of dollars and their doctors unable to treat them correctly? Due to this I have been deemed disabled and lost my job and knowing something more was wrong with me and no one caring caused many traumatic issues and they need to be held accountable. My complaint has been noted in their system by negligent radiologist, ****** and by the **** ****** stating it was read wrong by this facility. Would like communication/compensation for neglectful diagnosis by radiologist MD. They act like it’s not big deal not to read these expensive tests properly with over 3000 images. Just another greedy business pushing people thru and not taking the time as a licensed medical professional to do their job efficiently putting patients health and treatment at risk. Upon getting feedback that there could be a discrepancy in the read provided to the referring provider, ******* ******* ** the study was referred for a second look. Our neuro section director, *** ***** *****, determined that no further addendum was needed and he stood by the results. As a diagnostic study, the results go to the referring provider to develop a plan of care. This may include additional testing, therapies, etc. It is out of our scope as diagnosticians to prescribe any plan of care. The results of a MRI of the brain used for a plan of care by the treating physician do not lead to the assumptions filed in this complaint. The plan of care is the causation to future outcomes.
In reference to dementia, I point out a statement recently published in our professional journal:
Ultimately, from a diagnostic or therapeutic perspective, the use of cerebral spine fluid biomarkers, amyloid or tau PET scans, and recently developed plasma biomarkers remain key for diagnosing neurodegenerative diseases, the researchers wrote.
We find the claims of loss of employment without merit from the results of a MRI that was used by the treating physician. We stand by our report of the MRI submitted to the treating physician.
Additionally, when a provider has a question regarding clarification of an interpretation of a diagnostic study, it is usual and customary for the treating physician to address this peer to peer; physician to physician. This was never requested.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:Clearly seen is the great loss of the hippocampus on the right. I will be referring this to the ** **** ** ****** and I have already sent the info to a ******** *********** ****** who are referring that to their ********* ****. This is about everyone paying for expensive tests and radiology MD’s not being thorough in their readings and therefore people going undiagnosed as the physicians place their trust in you. Doctors I have spoken to are greatly concerned including my PCP and the **** ****** where I am being treated by their neurology depts for my condition and they have documented that your facility read as normal when it was not.
I was not asking for loss of employment compensation. I was expressing your neglect and denial for all.

ON 9/1/2023, I had an appointment for a cat scan. I was told by PRECISION to pay for my portion or I could not get the test done , and of the bill after insurance (**** ***** ****** )which at that time I was charged $390.65. So I paid and i used a credit card **** ****** card *****. I got my statement of benefits from my insurance company a few days later that Said I was only supposed to pay $310.36. I called Precision Several times spoke to *** *** **** first time speaking to someone named ****** on 10/10/23 , explained I needed a check refund as the original payment I used was not available to be refunded. (acct # changed) He said it would be 2 weeks. I called again on 11/03/23 spoke to ****** and told the same thing 2 more weeks. Then I called 11/20/23 spoke to ******** who said the payments go out in batches. And that they always wait til they have a bunch of refunds and send them out when they reach a certain point. She also told me if I spoke to ****** that the account does not show any contact and that ****** has no idea what she is doing. So ******* told me she would escalate it and send an email on my behalf requesting an expedited refund and that the person in charge of refunds was someone named *******. I also got the email for ******* and emailed her as well as have gone on the website for the **** ******* location and to date i HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND or a response. Precision compromised my private and sensitive data in November 2022!!
They have been hiding it for several months!! For several times I've been contacting Precision by phone and online, and last week the representative promised that the manager will contact me soon, but nobody did!!
IDX service said that Precision proposed monitoring service is NOT enough to restore my ID, driving licenses, health info, credit card, other info and it's only will be monitored for 24 month which is not enough!
Please restore my identity, credit card, driving ID, and delete all my data from the web and all dark brokers ASAP and provide protection!Business Response

Precision compromised my data! Please ask them to restore my identity and delete all my data from the web and all dark brokers ASAP!!
IDX service said that Precision monitoring service is not enough to restore my ID. driving licenses, health info, credit card, other info and it only monitors for 24 month which is not enough!
