      19 years in business and only 6 positive reviews? Simple renovation project with this company turned into a nightmarish experience. Needed some simple renovation work done that was too small for other contractors. Misconduct by VLL Interior Crop. Included by not limited to. 1) Omission of major work from contract, that would require a huge amount of additional money to complete. 2) Manipulation of design material with installation of lower grade materials, without providing material information sheets for approval. 3) Excessive time in completing work. 4) Requiring large sums of money upfront with limited work completed and no show for days. 5) Withholding and not providing manufacturer's warranty information, Federal tax filing forms and county permitting documentation. I would not recommend this company, no professionalism, financial dishonesty and quality of workmanship was inadequate.

      We value all feedback and are committed to providing high-quality service. However, we believe there are several inaccuracies and false claims in this review. Below, we address each concern.:1. **Limited BBB Reviews:** - The BBB limits the display of reviews according to their rules, showing only recent feedback. This doesnt reflect the full scope of our work over the past 19 years, during which weve received numerous positive reviews shared directly with us and through referrals.2. **Satisfaction with the Kitchen Installation:** - The customer verbally expressed satisfaction with the custom kitchen installation, which was tailored to their preferences. We worked closely with them to ensure the final result met their expectations.3. **Contract and Detailed Estimate:** - Both the detailed contract and a thorough estimate were reviewed and signed by the customer. This ensured clarity and mutual agreement on the project scope before we began.4. **Deposit and Payment Issues:** - There were significant delays in receiving the initial deposit due to the customers financial situation, which they communicated to us. We accommodated this and adjusted the project timeline accordingly. However, the customer continued to make payments based on their own schedule, rather than following the agreed milestones, which created challenges in managing the project.5. **Scope of Work and Additional Costs:** - All agreed-upon work was clearly detailed in the contract. The customer mistakenly confused the contract with a payment schedule and unpaid invoices for material reimbursements, as well as change orders initially marked as TBD. Any additional requests were communicated clearly with detailed cost breakdowns.6. **Material Quality and Approval:** - We used the materials specified in the contract and provided samples and information for the customers approval.7. **Project Timeline:** - The timeline was adjusted due to unforeseen delays, changes requested by the customer, and payment delays. We communicated these adjustments promptly to maintain our commitment to quality.8. **Meetings and Vendor Price Lists:** - Several meetings were held to address payment concerns. The customer demanded the vendors price lists and refused to let work continue without it. After we explained that this wasnt possible due to privacy policies, they placed our tools outside without respect, though they kept materials that hadnt been paid for as reimbursement.9. **Tile Issue:** - The customer provided the tiles for installation on the hallway floor and later expressed dissatisfaction with the pattern. Although the tiles were installed according to their instructions, we offered to reinstall them at no additional cost to ensure their satisfaction, but this offer was declined.10. **Project Cancellation and Legal Action:** - After we completed the last milestone and requested payment as agreed in the contract, the customer raised concerns instead of making the scheduled payment, which prevented us from completing the project. They then canceled the project in April and did not communicate with us for several months. We reached out through our attorney regarding their breach of contract and unpaid balances, but instead of addressing the issue, they chose to post this review in September. Despite this, we remain open to discussing and resolving the outstanding work in line with the contract terms.We are dedicated to providing excellent service and believe that better communication could have helped resolve this situation in a more positive way..

      I recently finished a renovation with VLL Interiors and am very happy with the project result. The project included gutting and rebuilding two bathrooms and a closet, and updating the plumbing and sewer lines throughout my 100-year-old home. ***** is a skilled craftsman who has a background in engineering and an eye for detail. ******* was consistently professional, communicative, and organized. The final product of their work exceeded my expectations and I would use this company again for future construction projects.

      This is actually my fourth time working with VLL Interiors and I wouldn't hire anyone else. Vadim is the absolute best! He's a perfectionist and as a result his work is impeccable. There are not many contractors around anymore who take such pride in their work. When you hire Vadim to complete a project (and he can do anything), rest assured you will never hire anyone else either!!!
