    Poor customer service from *********. She was rude and abrupt. I had an issue with a diagnosis that entails a repeat of what i said was the issue. I called and said my drain was clogged. I told the customer service rep that i was going to flush the system and if that did not work i would call to schedule a repair. I was told I would need to get a diagnosis. The technician came, walked through my front door looked at the ac and repeat what i already knew. He then told me the cost is ****** plus $99 for the service call. Now when i spoke to ********* she was rude asking me what was the purpose of the service call. At no point was i told the price of unclogging the line until the technician came. Very disappointed. I will not be recommending this company.

Our $99 service call fee ensures that a qualified technician can come to your home to diagnose the issue, and this fee is deducted from the total repair cost if you choose to proceed. We understand your frustration and regret that you felt our communication fell short. Our technicians must assess issues in person to provide accurate diagnoses and quotes.
