I think that it is bogus that I have reached out to ********* and Mr. ***** with Critical Awareness at the number provided online, on September 13th, 2024 at 1515 hours for a refund for the * course. Unfortunately, it is currently September 25th, 2024 and still I have not heard back from this business. I have left multiple voicemails and I have proof of reaching out countless times for a refund. Sadly, at this point, I had to call my bank and start a claim for my refund. It is very unfortunate that this could have been avoid by a SIMPLE refund process or a courtesy call with an update. **************** is everything especially when it comes to a small business. For someone that is prior military it should come with naturally instincts to communicate to those who are speaking to you or trying to communicate with. So, for you to respond to a ****** review and not a student and LIE saying you have returned ALL calls. When I have not received any phone calls, missed calls, or ANY voicemails on my end. I have no clue what you are stating my review is fake and I am being paid by a "byrdseye" is disrespectful and out of line.Critical Awareness

I've been in law enforcement since 1984 I took course w ********************* for my G requals and I will state that his training is real world and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Critical Awareness to any one in the armed security professionCritical Awareness

**** was the best instructor/teacher *** ever had, literally! Taught me things outside of security and honestly very important life lessons. Glad I took this class because I walked out with more than just a certificate this is knowledge you cant get just anywhere. Went through either October or November and by far one of the most informative classes I have ever been in. *****, ****, and **** are some of the best guys youll ever meet and with their combined knowledge in the Armed Forces, security, and bodyguard industry these three gentlemen will teach you more than you expected and will train you with the best knowledge that should be the standard across the board. I am grateful and thankful that these gentlemen have given me the knowledge in the wherewithal to be able to do my job and exceed at itCritical Awareness
