    We had system installed in Nov 22. We have had two panels replaced and multiple sensors replaced. Got another call at 3am with sensor problem last night. ********* was very good and seemed to know what he was doing.. we'll see. I like the features but not the problems.

    Great customer and technical service!!! I have been a long term customer since the early 90s and have been extremely pleased. Their expert customer/technical service and system upgrades have saved my home from two devastating fire twice and a possible intruder. I just called for a service call and was provided an appointment which fit my schedule. Job well done!

    DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE Their app does not work AND the video recording doesn't work. You have to manually delete videos every 30 days or else it stops recording. Since the day I started my service with them 5 years ago it's been such a headache. They put you in long contracts and refuse to let you cancel when THEIR system doesn't work. Don't advertise that you have a great system when you DON'T. If you're going to continue to collect peoples money, then INVEST in a better app, truthful salesmen, and technology.
