    I was contacted by the gentleman who installed my security system from ADI security. He is claiming I owe over $600 but I have never received an invoice for this. He is refusing to provide my contact information for the business. I do not understand how a business can have a technician text me and demand money if I have never gotten any kind of invoice for this. I also don’t understand why the contact number on the billing statement is not the number for the billing department - according to the technician. I will not pay something I never got an invoice for, and I don’t understand why the technician isn’t allowing me to contact billing on my own.I do not want to be on a conference call if I am discussing my finances with a billing department. I’ve attached a screenshot of the last bill I received and I’ve also attached a screenshot of my inbox, showing that I have not received any invoices since 08/2024. I would like the company to contact me so we can get this straightened out if I legitimately owe money. I would like to be able to contact a representative from billing, or view the balance on my account online instead of just talking to a technician over text. Please email me, I’d be happy to provide screenshots of my conversation with the technician and copies of my last invoice from the company which is dated 08/03/2024, showing a total due of $75.24. I’m also happy to provide the technicians phone number if you need. I am unable to upload attachments here.

    The technician who installed my system is insisting that I get on a conference call with him and somebody from billing. I do not understand why this business cannot contact me without a random technician texting me, I do not understand why this business cannot mail me an invoice. I do not understand why the refusing to give me a phone number to contact anybody at the office. It is also come to my attention that the Address On the statement they sent me back in August has the business address listed as a Random home You can see on ******. I would very much like for somebody from the actual office of ADI security to contact me so we can get it straightened out if I legitimately owe money somewhere.
