    Had home shutters manufactured and installed in my home Mar.1. 2023 with one shutter not delivered as promised and same day found installation and manufacturing errors. Called ***** ****** the owner that day and he said he would come out next week with the installer to review same. Follow with him Mar. 8 to see when he is coming. Said he could not come but would send ******, the installer on March 10 and would create shims for windows to correct problem and deliver final shutter. Installer comes March 10, installs final shutter and looks at problems the shutter sizing, no where near flush to inside window casement and attached with screws that because of mis manufacturer were highly visible from outside and could not possibly secure shutters to window frame wood casement. While there I showed him the poor manufacturing quality of the louvers in the shutters as many were raggedly cut , poor appearance and rough finish, looking like factory defects. It turns out that 62 of the 136 louvers were unacceptable for new products correctly manufactured. ******, installer says probably due to bad blade quality and he would cover with owner, ***** ******, and see the shims to fit the frame and new louvers would be provided. In addition to this error a defective hinge pin was included in original order and ****** was told while here on both Mar.1 and Mar 10 . He said both times he would fix it and left without doing so both times. Have attempted to contact the owner multiple times by mail to his two corporate mail sites and he will not return my inquiries to get the problems handle, The owner made a second draw on my credit card for final $1750 of 2 like payments on March 2, the day after the initial install and the day following my complaints to him about the manufacturing and install problems and before the final delivery was made and problems addressed. I seek the BBB to address this problem with the owner to repair the issues immediately.
