    ***** this business at all costs. I was forced to use this merchant because of my home warranty. **** came out the first time to look at my microwave and trusted that it would be an easy fix. He came back the next week and realized it was actually something else. He did not have the correct part for it so it needed to be ordered. Several appointments were made and after not showing up for any of them- we began to lose trust. The microwave sat in pieces on my floor for 3 weeks- instead of on the wall where it was previously hanging. We called our home warranty to ask to send out a different repair company and they said we are stuck because the part was ordered. I called and left this man several voicemails asking him to cancel anything we had with him. His front office staff are rude and unprofessional. During one call the woman helping me was also taking care of her baby at the same time as answering my phone call. Do not trust them at all. There is no integrity. No professionalism. There are countless 1 star reviews across multiple platforms. This is not a business- its a scam.

    Thank you for your review. Some clarity needs to be made so your review is accurate. After ordering and receiving the second part we needed for your microwave, **** contacted you and told you the morning of your scheduled appointment, the part we received was incorrect. We never "not showed up" for the appointment. He called you and had a 2 minute phone conversation with you and told you why he would not be coming and also told you when we received the correct part, we would get you back on the schedule. We called you multiple times and sent text messages trying to get you back on the schedule once your part was received. If we were such a scam, why would we have repaired your range and your dryer and made multiple phone calls and sent several text messages to you attempting to repair your microwave.     I wish you would have at least fixed my dryer. My husband had to run to a Lowes within a week to fix it himself as you didnt even hook it into the wall correctly. You never touched my oven range. You will never touch anything in my home because you are a scam. Its wild that you think its okay to leave a giant microwave I pieces on someones floor for weeks. You only started asking to schedule an appointment after we left you a voicemail telling you we never wanted your business again. I stand by it folks. Its a scam. Go look at literally any other reviews online. I will eat the cost of my service call because I would never trust this individual in my home ever again.

    We use ******************** and apparently they contract with All Brands Appliance. Has been a month and 3 service calls and our washer is still not repaired and have been told it will be another 3 weeks and that is the best they can do! If I could give negative stars I would! I will never use this service if I can avoid them! This is costing me money on top of what I have paid AHS! I am having to use a laundromat!

    Mr. ********* regret you are still having issues with you washer after we replaced the shocks on 11/6/24. Unfortunately this is a busy time for appliance vendors and we regret we cannot get to you sooner. In the meantime. you can contact *** and request another vendor to service your washer in a timeframe that is suitable to you if you choose.

    The tech came to the house to fix our dryer. The man's name was **** and he was very rude to my mother. He basically insinuated that she was dumb for unplugging the dryer. Very bad business and very bad customer service. Don't let these guys into your house.

    Thank you for the information. The technician asked the customer why it was unplugged instead of turning it off at the circuit breaker because that was easier than unplugging it. He certainly did not mean any disrespect to your mother he was simply trying to educate her on an easier way to shut the dryer off. Once the **** was plugged in, the dryer heated and worked properly.

    Thank you for your response. However the tech was not educating he was being condescending and cut my mother off. She did not unplug the dryer to cut the power. She unplugged it so it could be moved to look and see what the problem was before she called her warranty company. The tech refused to listen to her and berated her to the point of tears. This is not educational.
