    This company deserves a 0. They picked up my requested service job through my insurance company. Very rude, unprofessional and will try and charge you extra AFTER they have your car! The lady who so rudely identified herself as the owner , when I asked to talk to someone else is the worst and was most unprofessional of them all!. After she hung up on me because I questioned the charge after pick up (they were supposed to notify ahead of time) They dumped my car off (drivable but with some issues) at a random parking lot and left it in a high crime area in front of a tow away sign, in hopes of it getting stolen, ransacked or towed. Sent me a photo of the car in front of the tow away sign and a pic of the keys in the ignition and left my doors unlocked. Prior to that when picking up, knowing my friend in the house was to give them the key to my car they tried to drag my car out like a repo or something before she hurried out with the key! The driver was rude to my friend. I know this company has a contract with ************ ********* office so they feel they can be rude to people because they dont need insurance company business, but if you dont need or want to do the other jobs dont pick them up! I pay lots of money to my insurance company! WAY TO MUCH TO BE MET WITH RUDE AND NASTY SERVICE! You were NOT doing me a favor, you were providing a service! Never ever trust these people with your vehicle!
