  Liars. Almost everyone there is a liar. The salesman *****, who's been fired since I've bought a car there, was a generic salesman who did a horrible job making me want to buy the car. They told me they make sure the cars are in good shape and nothing is wrong but they actually just delete all the error codes or 0 out the errors so no one can see what's happening underneath. Unless you pay a couple hundred dollars for a full diagnostic nobody can find the issue with the car even with a simple pre sale inspection. Within a week of driving the car the error messages came back. Auto Boutique said they would fix the issue. Multiple visits there and the issue was never fixed even though they said it was. They finally said just take it to a ***** dealership and we will pay for them to look at it. I take it to the ***** dealership and they tell me that Auto Boutique completely messed up the repair. ***** fixes the issue but finds another issue afterwards. Auto Boutique decides to go silent in an attempt to avoid paying for anymore repairs. Auto Boutique also put in my contract that they would fix my car radio but when ***** told them the cost of the repair they said they wouldn't do that. So they are willing to break the contract and go silent to avoid accountability. They will sell you cars with known issues and just say nothing so you have to pay the price. Actual scum behavior. I have proof of all of this because I only text the people there so I can have receipts of all that has happened. Avoid shopping here at all cost. Their dealership fees are also one of the highest in ************. They will constantly tell you they are barely making any money of their cars. Everyone will go silent on you to avoid accountability. Deeply disappointing experience. It should not have an A+ rating with all these terrible reviews so something strange is happening.

  Staff were friendly and welcoming. Salesman, *******, was great-very knowledgeable and easy to work ********* finance team I have ever worked with when buying a car- best interest rate compared other dealership offer, affordable down payment, and reasonable car note. Thank you ****!!!Definitely make an appointment if visiting on the weekend instead of just walking in.

  When i first purchased my car in June 2024 I was super excited! The process was fairly easy, I found a car i loved and was ready to go!!! The day I drove it off the lot the issues began. They fixed two of the axles on the car and then proceeded to ignore all my requests of help after that. Since August I have not reached out to them I just did everything on my own... now a week ago the engine is blown... still owe on this car and can not even drive it

  Stay clear away from this business! Weve had the worse experience. Its almost 4 months later and we have still yet to receive our tag! When I express my concerns, I was told that we would receive our tag the following week after paperwork was received to issue a replacement tag. So ***** in the title department issued us a ANOTHER temporary tag until the actual tag came in, however, the tag she issued was expired. It was a handwritten tag and she put an expiration date of 2013. I understand mistakes happen, but she also typed it in the computer that way. My daughter got pulled over because of the expired tag that was issue by Auto boutique, and the cops were even baffled. When I spoke with ***** she seemed like she really didnt care and she didnt even take the time to reach out to us and apologize!!! As of today we are still without the tag. She said it will be here tomorrow. I will give an updatewe will never purchase a vehicle from this company again

  They are definitely selling flood cars or cars with forged titles! Lady sitting at desk texting whole time being vague about car then brings ** out to it and says no details about it. This camry was priced at 22k no added gap, tax, tag, warranty, was busted in the front end, ripped up carpet, stained carpet and seats, and smelled like cigs!

  BEWARE!!! Do not shop here.... I went in to get a vehicle with a trade in. Sales manager was rude and very condescending. The vehicle I wanted by kkb was priced over. When mentioned was given every excuse that they had the cheapest vehicles. Then was offered under kbb value for my trade in. Was at ***************** and was given a quote of between 10k but less than 11k for my trade in of a 2018 **** escape. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. They said any reputable company would quote same but not this place. What a joke. I replace my vehicle every 4 to 5 years so when I go in knowing my facts they still tend to talk to you condensendly as if you have no knowledge on how it works when in fact i was working with a friend who manages a dealership in another state. If you want to be screwed over and taken advantage then this is your place

  **Worst car buying experience ever** I went in originally for a trade-in value, but ended up being sold on trading/buying. I handed over my trade-in, about to leave the lot and realized the sales rep never took the car keys to my old trade-in. I went back inside and handed the keys over. Couple weeks Im trying to figure out whats going on with my tag. I called and was told I shouldve took my tag. No one gave me my tag. I didnt have a screwdriver randomly in my car, so why would you suppose I would need to do that? Ok, fine. Well what are we going to do about this, I asked. Basically I was told I need to go to DMV and get another tag. I paid fees associated for transferring, no. I was to get a call back and have yet received that call. Ive been calling following up. Still no resolution and my paper tag is about to expire and been told they wont be able to provide another paper tag. Not to mention when I was trying to get this resolved, I was told they never gave me a paper tag by one person, then another said they have to give me a paper tag when Im leaving the lot. Regardless if I was transferring. At this point no one there is taking ownership of their mishap and correcting.
