    have been a loyal customer for about two years and been buying NMN powder.. I have always received with an MFG date.
    This time I received the MNM with an expiration date of 10 months. Renue by Science feels that this acceptable because they advised me it's a 100 day supply. I asked for a refund and they advised me again that I would need to pay for the shipping. I don't know if the company changed hands but this is not acceptable.
    Beware when purchasing. I will be posting on all forums.

    Different Colored Capsules I bought the 250 mg NMN and as soon as I opened it I saw the capsules were two different colors. I spoke to ***** with customer service and he told me the capsule colors were recently changed. But when I checked the manufacture date it said October 2023. He said the *** is safe but I dont feel comfortable still.

    The difference in colors of the capsules simply comes from multiple capsules on hand at the manufacturer when encapsulating. The powder inside is all white and the difference in color is not an indicator that the product has spoiled in any way. They are all vegetable cellulose capsules. We are happy to issue a refund if you are uncomfortable taking them and we ask that you please remove this complaint from the BBB.

    Although they make some wonderful products, they have horrible custom service. ***** the **** is rude and won't help with any shipping problems instead passing the buck to *****
