    On January 21, I needed a website company do a website for me, they told me the cost for e-commerce website would be $599, I paid the half amount which was $300 and then Feb 20, I paid the remaining balance of $291. Company Issue me a credit $9 for incorrect miscellaneous charges of $9..
    I put in 2 weeks of my time to get common sense items to be fix on the website by ***** ***** and the website was 96% finalized with working ****** Add Cart and Check Out on February 21. My two weeks of trying to get the following errors or technical issues resolved were for example, misaligned letters in the Header page, grammar errors in About section, Pricing listing, the four options to be selected by customers Member. Non Member, One Time Use, Monthly fee and Yearly Fees that was fixed by ***** ***** on 2/20/23. 3 minor items to fix to make the website finalized on Friday February 28 which including not getting email notification for Booking appointment to business email instead to personal email . > Instead a malicious act was done by ****** ******* on 2/28/25, reverted all errors fixed by ***** ***** back to 2 week ago errors. That's was stressful an awful experience that I never had company do to me. ***** ***** or ****** ******* or management has not taken ownership by calling me back to fix the big problem or do the right thing. The website has foreign language in testimonial and bottom of main page, which shouldn't happen, if you proof read the website, Instead Austin, ***** ***** and management have fail to call me back to fix the problem. Now I have this terrible website without Add to cart or Check out method via ***pal, this causing me lose revenue, which is unacceptable. > Because of a childish, malicious act by ****** ******* that's unprofessional and irresponsible.
