1 starPurchased a used engine which started having issues within the 1 year warranty. They weisled out of honoring the warranty. *****, the sale manager ****** me along and then made a decision on his own without going through proper channels, Called me a lair and wouldn't contact the mechanic who worked on the vehicle .. ************ on his own . This customer purchased a remanufactured engine. Had the engine longer than one year and then overheated it. Admitted that he overheated it in writing and then kept driving it after it cooled down without being repaired. We didn't have to call his mechanic and we never told him we would. The customer must deal with their own mechanic as we're not the ones who hired them. He was given every chance to follow the terms and conditions of his warranty but apparently doesn't understand that you have to do that to have a valid warranty. If you overheat a car you must stop driving it and have it repaired. You cannot drive a car and have the temperature go above normal and then let it cool down and just keep driving it because it's going to keep overheating. He doesn't seem to understand this and I hope this explanation will get through this time.Review fromChris M.
