      I had two service calls today from Donovan. One came and worked on my water heater doing the drain each and the other one came from my semi annual AC check up. Both of them gave me pre-contact that they were coming so I could get them checked into the Subdivision. Both texts were very professional and handled my needs.

      We have been a customer for years and when our 13 year old A/C unit started failing they provided wall units to get us through and had a new unit installed no with no waiting.

      Donovan has been my go to company for plumbing and A/C since I moved to ************ on 2021. They have always been professional and knowledgeable and friendly in dealing with me over the years. I was especially happy with them today when they were able to resolve and AC situation in a timely matter on a very hot day which could have been much hotter had they not arrived when they did. I look forward to calling them in the future for A/C and plumbing needs and have recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors who were looking for these services.       Time for my check up which they reminded me or I would not have known. The technician was very kind and explained all he had checked and said everything was fine considering the age of my unit. They have been taking good care of the unit so it has given me peace of mind.
