    We use Freedom Waste Services for Trash Services and have been using this company since February of 2022. on 12/15/23 I emailed the company telling them that our trash can was broken and that we needed a replacement - They said that we were on the hot list to have one delivered. It is now July 2023 and we still have not received a replacement trash can and When We called the company today 6/30/23 to complain about them not picking up our trash can this week they told us that we were not billed for 2 trashcans. We have not had a problem with them picking up trash until now. After speaking with ******* at Freedom Waste Services we have found that we have been over charged for over a year saying that 1 trash can is 100 dollars but truthfully 2 trash cans in Christian County is only 60 dollars a month but we have been paying over 100+ and still have not gotten the services we pay for. They did not offer us any credit and still have not resolved our trash can issues that now both need to be replaced. One of them the lid was broken during one of the trash day pick up days and the other trash can has been crushed by the trash truck from where they grabbed it to hard with the Claw of the truck. We are still waiting over 7months later for a resolution. We have explained that the trash gets drug out by wild life and it is frustrating having to pick up the yard every day due to them not fixing these issues. I have the Written Request that was sent via email for proof back in December and they acknowledged they have received it. I just want something to be done about it I'm tired of arguing with this company for services the promised to provide. reviews attached for proof that im not the only one who is having these issues.
