    On March 10, 2023, I had my first Ellacore treatment with Dr. *********************** It did not go well. She did not have the Pro-Nox that I was supposed to have, so she created her own anesthesia which involved epinephrine. This gave me heart palpitations and had to be stopped. After the procedure, my entire face was badly bruised for 3 weeks. But the true problem came after the second treatment, 4 weeks later. This time, my face became badly infected and, 3 months later, still has not healed. I have not been able to leave my house without wearing a mask and/or bandages. There are many other things that happened as well, but this is the basis of my BBB complaint. I also gave her a $500 deposit for an Infini treatment which was never performed (and obviously will not be), and she only used half of the Juvederm on my lips. That was $1800. The botched Ellacore treatment was $****, plus the 2 Pro-Nox and 2 *** treatments which totaled $****. I am asking for nothing more than my money back since I will now have to finish up with the dermatologist who is treating me and then go to a new plastic surgeon to have my face fixed. I think that is perfectly reasonable, all things considered. **** for the Ellacore+900 for the half of the Juvederm + 500 for the Infini deposit + **** for the *** and Pronox Totals= $8,300.I have all the pictures, receipts and correspondence.

    At this time, Anita Mandal has not responded to my request for the refund of deposits she owes me for procedures that were never performed. She also has not responded to my request for my medical records.  I have reported her to the ****************** of ****** and am now beginning steps to take her to Small Claims Court. She thinks she is untouchable and can just go about her business after stealing my money and destroying my face. The gall of this woman makes me sick. She has no business touching anyone. A new plastic surgeon said it will be at least six months before they could do anything to fix it.

    At this time, Anita Mandal has refused to return any money owed to me; including money for procedures she did not perform. I have no choice but to bring her to court.

    Anita Mandal has refused to release my medical records even at the request of the ******* ***** of ******* Apparently the only way to get this woman to respond to anyone is to take her to court...which is exactly what I am doing!!  She feels that she is above it all and doesn't have to answer to anyone. Until she hurts the next client.
