Thank you Will for your feedback! We apologize that you were not satisfied with our service. Based on our notes it was for a garage mini split cooling and not one of the other 8 AC systems that cool the house. When our technician was there he found nothing wrong with the system initially. When you had called back, our on call technician does have to prioritize calls that come in after hours based on the order they are received. Here at Stephen K. ****** performed a mini-maintenance service for the air conditioning systems for my home. In the process of doing that work, he noticed that the Remi-Halo device was making a buzzing sound. Upon inspection, he found that the device had a defective transformer. He replaced the transformer and eliminated the buzzing sound entirely. The replacement was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This Remi-Halo system has been in place for three or four years now and has always buzzed and the associated AC systems have undergone routine maintenance several times during the period. Yet no other service personnel from Stephen K Denny reported the transformer as defective. ****** did and quickly repaired it. I hope Stephen K Denny appreciate the work ****** does. He is kind, courteous and obviously very competent. He is a credit to the company and should be recognized for his work. I certainly appreciate his initiative and hope he will be assigned to visit my home for the next scheduled maintenance of my air conditioning systems.Stephen K. Denny, Inc.
