    Invested into 2 atms with this company and they have not lived up to anything they stated when first discussing with their salesman. I've had 1 atm showing down or offline for over 6 months, and the other atm offline for over a month. Its not much but they have never sent me any funds from the atms when they were working. I can't get a hold of anyone at the company, have left several messages, emails, and phone calls.

    This Business after being sold to new owners, defaulted on service, stop responding to franchisees and began illegally removing Bitcoin ATM machines from locations. Nationally. There is work being done to file a class action. The website is still up taking new investors and they need to warned. They removed one of two of my machines without permission, Stole the 300/400 dollars in it, locked me out of an account containg 6k of bitcoin..Austin Police Depart report ***********

    To whom it may concern.We contacted bitbox back in february / march ************************************* buying there crypto atm machines as a side business. We spoke to them & like what we heard and decided to move forward with the purchase of the machine. We sent the payment on march 15 2022 for the amount $38,000.00 under the contract they were to provide us with a machine and location which the supposedly did. The first location was nightmares and nothing but problems, we could never have access to the machine. We would contact them and would always have some story. After 6 months they change location and again same nonsense and no access to the machine the camera was always frozen. It was always something. when we call the call will forward to ansmachine. Now they out right stop communicating with us . this why we decided to pursue this. We feel like they breached their contract we never saw any revenue and it's now been almost 2 years.

    In September 2022, we entered into a business franchise transaction with Bitbox ATM. The agreement involved the purchase of a Bitbox ATM worth $33,400, for which payment was made. Additionally, Bitbox was responsible for maintaining the machine and receiving commissions from transactions conducted on it. We were provided with login information to monitor the machine's health. However, unfortunately, none of these agreed-upon terms were fulfilled. Despite our attempts to contact Bitbox, we have been unsuccessful in reaching them.
