  I believed Signature Servicing could and would assist me with debt which arose because of familial circumstances. Instead, this year they have extended my contract several times. I was told my payments would end first by July 2023. In July I was contacted to transfer my loan to another lender. I declined. Then, I was contacted by phone and email to pressure me to sign. I declined again and was told my contract would end by November. Then, I was contacted and told it would be over by February, but I needed to file an extension and sign documents to further extend and pay.Now it is March. I was just contacted via email to thank me on a recent settlement. How is this possible? This company has extended and explained away several thousand dollars. It was supposed to assist with debt settlement. Instead, I find them not to be credible.My complaint as a senior citizen is this company is taking advantage of the elderly.

  My name is Tony ********** I am the owner of Signature Servicing LLC. I have reviewed Ms. Yobs' account and I think there is some confusion. My company called Ms. Yobs' last week to inform her that all her accounts that were enrolled in our program have been settled. She does not owe any more money to anyone, and she has graduated our program. If Ms. Yobs is confused in any way; she can call me anytime at 7189540310.   Thanks to Signature Servicing I can start my life over again with a clean slate after my divorce that took almost 2 years and almost financially ruined me. I didn’t know what I was going to do until a friend recommended I just call and find out if they could help me. I am beyond thankful to Sophia for making the recommendation and to everyone at Signature that helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel and dug me out to get me back on my feet again. It was a little scary at first having to close some of my accounts but I trusted the process and I'm so glad I did. I remember feeling so hopeless and now I’m looking forward to my new life. Words can’t express my gratitude!!!

  I was getting to the point where I was ready to file for bankruptcy. The hole kept getting bigger and bigger financially until I reached out and got help from this company. Every associate I spoke to, was so professional, understanding, and took the time necessary to explain everything so that I could not only complete my program, but also get back on my feet.

  I was originally looking to take out a loan but kept getting rejected . After covid everything just got so expensive and hard to keep up with. They raised the rent and its like everything else went up with it.I originally signed up with National Debt Relief because I saw them on tv but they were very aggressive with me then NEVER returned my calls so I looked around and found Signature Servicing here in Florida. I wanted a smaller company where I would not just be a number. So far I am 6 months in. I have had 2 accounts paid off. My rep always returns my call and I am not as stressed. My rep was up front about the effect on my credit and how this worked. She did not sugar coat one single thing. She treated me with respect and I did not feel judged. I read some reviews and they are averaging 1 bad review a year. With tons of clients Id say its hard for any company to get a perfect rating, but I liked that they responded and from the looks of it the customers seemed to be the confused ones. I was so happy I asked my rep if there was anything I could do to return the favor and she said "Yes! Please leave us a review! This might help someone on the fence" So heres my review. And thank you to everyone who is helping me right now!

  Used Signature Servicing to consolidate and pay off credit card debt. Everything they told me happened as they said it would. My credit took a hit at first, like they said it would, but as they started negotiating and paying off the accounts with the trust I paid into, my score rose and I finished higher than it was before I started.

  These people are beyond ridiculous. I have been trying to cancel this since 2/21/2023. When you call you get a very rude employee who says its canceled but you have to talk to a manager who is not there. Then on March 1, I get another call saying in order to cancel I need to call them. Lo and behold there is no one there to take the call. Beware of these people because they are beyond sketchy.

I checked, your account has been cancelled, removed from our system and no funds were taken from you. I am sorry you had a difficult time cancelling out of this program. It's unfortunate but we do have a bit of a process that consumers need to complete to cancel out of our program. From time to time we have creditors,attorneys and even other family members call us to cancel for someone else. You also were in our program for a very short time. We do not do any sales here. So it is important for us to speak to you to try to understand if a sales person did not disclose anything to you or did someone on my team drop the ball? We are always trying to make this a better process.

I know that you are going to try to handle this debt on your own but if you need my opinion on one of your creditors please feel free to call me and I will help you as much as I can(of course for no charge). I spend my days fighting with creditors not consumers. I honestly feel that I have a good company, but we can always be better. I learn more from people who are unhappy with our service than the clients who praise us. Thank you.
