      South Florida Oral Maxillofacial Surgery offices repeated incompetence for over a year have caused extreme financial hardship locking down our 2022 & 2023 Health Saving Accounts funds due to never running a basic procedure through the provided insurance for *********************** 2.03.22 procedure.Insurance has been provided on numerous occasions and confirmed received by phone prior to appointment, Aetna card provided on-sight day of procedure, called non-operable billing phone number ending in **** just a ton of times with absolutely no answer, visited office locations confirming *************** was in patients profile, was told an email was sent to billing on 3.3.23 to run the appointment through Insurance with zero response, zero action, zero follow through, zero reply and never run through insurance.The $250.00 ************** Payflex Payment provided to South Florida Oral Maxillofacial Surgery is denied due to SFOMS never running procedure through Insurance as required. Payment from our personal account has been returned to Payflex due to SFOMS never running procedure through insurance, our 2022 remaining $1200 ************** Account funds have been frozen until SFOMS runs procedure through insurance. Our 2023 $2800 funds are also frozen due to SFOMS NOT running the procedure through our ***************.There is no individual that actually handles Billing for any patients of South Florida Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.
