    Company was hired to epoxy my granite countertops and was told it would take approx 2 days. Continuous mistakes were made and I kept giving them chances to make it right. Finally after 2 weeks of them trying several chemicals, methods and still not getting it right, I requested a refund. They told me they had too much time and money invested in it, but I explained it was because of their continuous mistakes and not my fault. My countertops are bubbled and peeling from the adverse chemical reaction and my backsplash and grout are permanently stained and also need to be replaced. They refused to cooperate and just kept saying let us try again to fix it, but obviously they did not know what they were doing and I had given them enough chances.
