    I used ****** ******** with Pinnacle Tax for first and only time to prepare 2021 tax return. Good enough work and ****** seemed nice enough. I was concerned at time though because I explained this was a new business with my first year's filing and I needed bookkeeping assistance. I emphasized I'm a new business looking for an accountant that can help me learn and grow. From this point service declined. I don't know all the business accounting issues to prepare for and ****** never took the initiative to assist. I decided to separate and write this review after Gerald's shocking response to my request for my IRS form 147C, which I needed for my credit card processor. Even with his assistant relaying messages to him while he was out of office for over two weeks, his response was extremely unprofessional in replying he won't help. I was always current with any payment due and always very courteous to the point of sending them holiday gifts. I did notify ****** in summer 2022 I planned on finding a new accountant service up north where I was spending the summer, so that I could get better guidance. I do not suggest ****** ******** or Pinnacle Tax of Jupiter if you need any assistance or guidance, much less hold expectations of professional behavior. Result is I have to go to the IRS and request a form I'm told ****** ******** should have prepared for me, but I can't find in his paperwork. Rather than getting on the phone for a couple minutes and explain it to me, he chose to tell me to shockingly and with no justification to "stop calling his office". I had called his office three times over three weeks trying to reach Gerald, but each time was told he's out of office working from home. Without that form I can not process credit cards. This form will take weeks to receive from the IRS, which could have serious implications for my revenue stream.
