My wife ordered sod for our farm. When it was delivered it was burnt, and dead. she refused the proudct. The manager/owners' son ****** was rude and disrespectful to her. Talked down to her and treated her disrespectfully. He was unprofessional. She works in male dominated industry as a 787 pilot and she says she was never treated so with as much sexism and as disrespectfully as ****** did. She went to the store to talk to the owner and was told her was out of town . She was not given his number dispite many attempts. Her friend recorded the conversation so we have recorded proof. ****** is also refusing to return our deposit. We returned all the substandard product and want to make sure others know not to buy from this business.

Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against GVI Garden Center in Loxahatchee regarding a delivery of gardening soil I received on January 3rd. What was supposed to be good-quality soil for my garden turned out to contain foreign debris, including bottle caps, old pens, plastic wrapping, pieces of used COVID-19 masks, hoses, and tile. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and origins of the soil.I have reached out to GVI Garden Center to express my concerns and request clarification on the origin of this soilwhere it came from and why they believed it was suitable for delivery to a customer. However, they have not responded to my inquiry. Given the concerning nature of the contamination, I am seeking that an immediate resolution be made to this matter.I am requesting that GVI Garden Center:-Remove the contaminated soil from my property as soon as possible.-Issue a full refund for the substandard product they delivered.I trust that the Better Business Bureau can help ensure that this issue is addressed promptly and appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your assistance in resolving it.
