  On 02/17/2023 BBB wrote to Begin Anew, LLC and asked the business to substantiate the following advertising claims:

   

  1) "As South Florida’s leading luxury medspa,"

  2) "Alma Duo is able to dramatically improve sexual performance with no needles, no pain, and no downtime."

  3) "the technology of the Alma Duo allows it to penetrate tissue five inches, making it the most effective tool for increasing blood flow and improving circulation."

  4) "The CO2RE Intima uses non-invasive photo-thermal laser energy to tighten the vagina (both externally and internally) and stimulate new collagen production."

  5) "This helps improve the appearance and color of the vagina and restore healthy sexual function by increasing sensitivity and improving overall sexual experience."

  6) "In addition to helping to increase libido and improve overall sexual experience, PRP can increase lubrication, boost sensitivity, decrease pain due to dyspareunia, and improve symptoms of urinary incontinence."

  7) "and is proven to help improve sexual function, performance and overall experience." (Ewave)

  BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As of the business has failed to voluntarily substantiate these claims.
