      I was recovering from lysteria and went to get treatment and diagnosis. I was not sure if the doctor requested the necessary test so I called the office and the manager starts screaming at me for no reason, the doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks, she had the staff stop answering my calls and they never followed up on urinalysis I paid for, very unprofessional behavior and illegal from a health care provider ignoring client calls to follow up, I want management to know how she is acting with clients and should not allow that behavior, just appalling after I'm recovering to be treated in such a manner.

      I became an established patient at this dentist office beginning 2024, received a careplan but the office keeps cancelling appts. Would like to at least get a cleaning as they are unable to complete the care plan due to staffing issues. Refuse to allow a cleaning as it is not part of my care plan. My insurance covers cleanings and checkups. It is now september and there is no dentist in office and they refuse to give me a cleaning. They are unable to schedule me for my treatments due to no dentist in the office and yet refuse to schedule me a cleaning because it is not in my treatment plan. The dental hygenist is refusing to do the cleaning her name is ***** no last name provided. The office manager ***** ******* was of little help due to the refusal of the dental hygenist ***** to do a cleaning since the treatment was for a deep cleaning. No dentist available so cannot do the deep cleaning. How is this an acceptable standard of care. The term bandaid was frequently used but a bandaid is better than nothing. I continue to get farther and farther away from my last cleaning due to waiting for this dentist office to get their staffing organized all i wanted was a cleaning until they could get it figured out but they absolutely refused. Now i will have practically wasted a year of paying for dental insurance without being able to receive the preventative maintenance that is due to me. Please hold this corporation accountable for not putting patients first and yet still be allowed to bill insurance companies for the large amount procedures but not allowing for preventative maintenance. Thank you

      i have been a patient of ***************** since 2016 and have never had a issue until recently when i requested 1. a form to be signed so i can work 2. a refill 3. explaination to my bill i have called and emailed over 5 times left msg and emails with no responses at all.i cannot work without a signed physical which was completed 4/23/24 i need a response to my refill there is 450 dollars of fraudulent charges added to my account. i am self paid and always pay prior to visit . they do not allow you to be seen until u pay. so this is all extremely concerning as i cannot work now and do not have the medication i require and a response to anything at all . i have all the emails and calls saved as well as my company emails asking when i will have the signed physical .
