    January 2022 I paid about $15,000 to the laser company. They were supposed to fix a simple water leak (filter) but told me my entire heat exchanger needed to be replaced and instead of an "in office repair", the laser had to be moved from the panhandle of ******* to south *******. When the laser was returned, I immediately could tell the outside of the laser had been damaged. The laser did not work when they dropped it off. Another laser repairman evaluated the laser and said the "heat exchanger" was never replaced, but rather a simple cheap filter was replaced. When I got the serial number off the heat exchanger and checked with the manufacturer, they confirmed the serial number was the same as the original part. Furthermore the repairman said he heard and confirmed the laser "fell over" during transport and the erbium head was irreversibly damaged and had to be replaced for $8,000. ******************************* is the owner and ***** of this and many other businesses that all involve aesthetic lasers. He denied everything and stated that he "took off the old serial plate and put it on the new part" as if I was an idiot. I created a ******** page by the name of "Victims of ****************************** Unite" because I found so many other health care providers who wrote their story of how they also were ripped off by this *****. We reported him to the ******* Attorney General, and he already had a record of being admonished by the ******* AG for multiple episodes of dishonest business dealings. He signed a ******************* of ********** with the *** yet he continues to rip consumers off for $50,000 at a time and even more.
