  We recently moved out of a home managed by InvestPro and wanted to say that from day one, the service they provided has been superb. Anytime we had a maintenance request or we had a question they were always on top of things. Our security deposit was quickly refunded in full as well. Excellent experience!

  If you have rental property and you dont want to stress or lose sleep at night then hire these guys. My rental income gets deposited every month, they pay bills for me like my HOA fees and they handle any of the tenant issue so I dont have to be bothered

  I was a tenant with InvestPro and I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. Moving out was a breeze, they performed a move-out inspection and sent me my deposit back quickly. I've rented places in the past where landlords or managers were impossible to get in touch with or they played games with deposit after move out but Investpro was great.

  As a long time investor I can say Investpro is the best management company that I have ever used. From the leasing agent to the back office staff, nothing but professionals who are experts in rental management.

  Great rental experience! There online portal make it was super easy to make payments and the documentation is all electronic. Quick to respond to maintenance issues as well.

  The owner set a rent price lease was signed then Investpros add a 50 dollar fee for a ******** program that even if you refuse it they still charge you for. Do not rent from these people and owners need to go elsewhere as well

  First, you have never been charged one ***** more than what is outlined in your lease so your complaint is completely false and misleading. If you were offered a renewal, that is actually about $75-$100 below what similar units are renting for. You accepted that offer, then you signed the lease which fully outlined the terms and now you want to complain about the deal that you agreed too? If it was such a bad deal, why did you sign the lease?

  
  This is a tenant that we inherited as part of a larger portfolio and part of our Bad ************* Program. The owner was having a lot of problem with a number of his rentals and hired us to get things turned around. *** obviously doesn't like having any type of structure or set processes and is very belligerent and difficult.
  
  To give everyone an idea of what type of person we are dealing with, we recently discovered that *** is a convicted child molester and sexual predator. Again, we didn't place him, we inherited him. Unfortunately it would seem that *** is mentally unstable to be molesting innocent children. When his lease is up, we will either be getting rid of this unruly tenant, or the property. We refuse to work with someone like this.

  Great business! I've been in the real estate business for a very long time, and I can say that these folks operate in a league of their own when compared to the other purported real estate experts in the region. What a wonderful encounter.

  I reached out to multiple business to rent my singe family home in Port St Lucie Florida. Monty responded to my request before any other company for information. He was absolutely transparent in the way he functions as a manager. His fee structure is without a doubt the most reasonable available. His contract is completely understandable and any concerns or questions that came up he responded to accurately and immediately. He is also polite, and geuinely a lovely person to deal with. There is no way there is a better company available, if you are interested in having your property rented and managed.

  I had finally had enough of handling my rental properties on my own for so many years. I had grown weary of calls at all hours and excuses for late rent. My investment has advanced thanks to Investpro. My stress level is Significantly reduced, my rents are going higher, and my maintenance and vacancy costs are going down.
