    I am rejecting this response because: its unacceptable and not accurate. My attorney will be contacting them.

    The Meccasl of it was wet from the leak. They also removed the drywall on the ceiling where the big mold stain was. I paid out of pocket and told Embick they had to reimburse me($1,900). They said this was under warranty and theyd send someone to look. They sent Bahama their lead *******. He was yelling at me saying he can just scrape off the mold. I have a 6 year old child who cannot be exposed to mold as he already is susceptible to breathing issues. I emailed Embick the receipts, pictures, moisture reading etc. They will not even call me or email me to resolve this issue. I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed. They are liars, have the WORST customer service and do not care about their customers. This was their fault and they wont even do the right thing. I will be pursuing further action.

    As soon as the customer called we sent our crew to fix the leak with no sign of water around it the plywood was not wet or stained. The skylight was resealed around it . Our ******* was out there as well and he went inside the attic and there was no sign of mold it was stain in the ceiling. You can see it clearly in the pictures attached. Not all the stains in the ceiling comes from the roofs they also come from AC Pipes. We service the roof August 12th. And she calls the mold company 1 month later.  Our ******* or the office was not rude at all with the customer.  We did our job as a team.

    I had Embick give me a quote for roof tiles. they wrote the quote as followed -Remove and replace ***** broken tiles -Reseale ridge with cement -Remove and dispose of debris -Re-install tie as ***** to complete the repair. They only put cement on tile. The tile had large gaps between the broken tiles.Not one tile was replaced. The work they did do was very sloppy.

    The crew arrived on site to collect a sample of the tile. Upon going to our suppliers we were informed that those tiles were not available and that they do not make those tiles anymore.

    Our ******* immediately reached out to the client to inform them about the tiles not being available. Due to the client needed to have the work performed because of insurances purposes, our ******* advised them that the only thing they could do is use cement to fix the chipped tiles and re-glue them. 

    The client agreed for us to perform the work as described and the crew was sent the next day and performed the work as agreed to by the client
    If the client would have given us any notion that they did not want the tiles to be cemented and reglued, we would have never sent the crew back.

    Although the original invoice was for $1,575.00, the only thing the client was responsible for was the $787.50, which has been paid and satisfied. Contrary to the claim, the client does not owe any further monies to Embick

    Embick is a very respectable company that has been in this industry in Jupiter, ** for many years and we are proud of the work that is performed for our customers.
