    I purchased a solar system for my home, from the beginning this company along with ****************, Solar Edge, ******************** and planet solar sold me a system under fraudulent terms and information that can be corraborated by their employee who I kept in contact in the past named ******* who apparently left the company. Furthermore approximately 3 months ago I reported that the Solar Inverted was no longer operational and needed to be replace under warranty. On 7/14/22 Solar Edge created case#******* to have a new Inverted shipped to my residence On 7/1822 at 225pm ********************************* from **************** reply to an email stating him and everyone attached to the email will take care of the ongoing issue once item was received. The following personnel was in this email thread ************************* from Abundant Energy, Administration BOS **************** and Solar Edge. On 9/23/22 I received the item that needs to be replaced under warranty, I immediately notified the parties above via email (no response from anyone)On 9/27/22 I attempted to contact the same aforementioned personnel, again no response or even contact number to call them. On 9/27/22 I was told by solar edge via chat, that they only provide parts and they are not responsible for any installation, to contact Mr. ******* as the references mentioned before. On 9/28/22 Once again I attempted to contact the aforementioned individuals via email, once again no response. On 9/30/22 I was able to obtain *******'s contact number, which the conversation was then followed up with an email. ******* from Big Orange stated he is not installing or servicing the item that is under warranty, he stated that I needed to contact ****************** from abundant Energy. Which i did via email and phone, again after several calls he schedule repair for 10/7/22.10/7/22 No one called, no one showed up, and after calling ****************** he stated I need to speak to the *** and there's nothing else he will do to assist.

    As with most complaints, the complaint stays long after the issue has been resolved. I personally drove the hour and a half drive to the customers home and replaced the inverter as well as a breaker that had burnt up. I verified that the system was producing energy and was communicating with the monitoring portal. Once everything was working again, I called the customer and asked that he update his complaint, acknowledging that all issues were resolved, he stated that he would do so.

    Obviously he didn't update or remove the complaint. The issue is completely resolved. This complaint should be closed as resolved to customer satisfaction.
