    Abusive, threatening, incompetent, and mean. I am a widow, disabled, senior citizen with obvious physical limitations. I was bullied by the owner and his employee. I was spoken to with disrespect and degraded. I was cahrged a credit card fee, gate fee, and storage fee on top of the towing charge. This is unacceptable and outrageous. I expect an apology and a refund of the credit card fee ( it was a debit card ), gate fee, and storage fee. I was in an accident and taken to the hospital by ambulance. My car was towed there without my knowledge at 10 pm. I attempted to pick it up the next morning and it was a horrible experience. Why must I leave even one star?

    I had My truck towed to that location . When l call them . They said I was going to pay $217 . I asked them if they can bring the truck to my adress at pompano they said all together will cost $850 that's ridiculous price. So l decide to hire another towing company and When l got there to pick up the truck the owner a fat guy yell at me because he said l couldn't park inside their parking lot. I told him in a good manner that he don't need to yell at me, that we didn't saw the sign he even yelled more louder and told us stupid Hispanics!!!..this guy is a Racist! And MANIAC !!! He need to go to an anger management program. So rude and disrespectful Place.. l had to call the police because he told me and my husband to get out of his property..And That's not all when l got there they overcharged more. Please stay away from this people.

    They transported my vehicle to the wrong location and didn't leave the keys. Unprofessional, not friendly and rude. When I asked for a discount for their mistake I was threatened they would impounded my car and I could deal with Jupiter Police which was totally ridiculous because they were paid the full amount for the towing/transport. I must admit I was no longer kind or polite after I was threatened. Warning do not use the company, East Coast Towing and Transport.
