    Unethical, irresponsible management. Sold me an incorrect attachment although it was advertised for the unit I bought from them. This incorrect hose attachment shorted my unit which is entirely their fault yet they take no responsibility and wont repair without billing me. Truly pathetic management charges shipping fees for sending incorrect attachment that damaged my unit. Stay away.

    This business is not a customer oriented business nor is it an honest one to deal with. I ordered a replacement part and it was delivered without sufficient information packaging and without instructions on assembly of separated pieces which was later denied being shipped in the manner I received them. Based upon their string of email responses to my questions and complaint, they suggested that I return the item and they would review and send a replacement. An RMA is required by their instructions but my request for one went unanswered and never acknowledged so I sent at my own expense and requested a refund which I never received. I was also denied a new replacement and was shipped a used one even though pictures of what I had complained about were requested by them, reviewed and acknowledged. This whole process too over three weeks and my expenditure of the price of $29 for a new replacement, $30 for shipping and taxes and $16 for my return shipping the ordered part back to them for a total loss of $75 which they refused to reimburse to me. I am finished with this rip off of a company.
