    We wanted to have a slab poured to support a pergola. ****** made sure to understand what kind of pergola we were going to put up & how thick a slab was needed to support it. Then he was very careful to communicate every step of the way. Were very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

    Dragan the owner, charged me almost $3000 for less than 2 days of work with my material. He did not pay a dime for it, very expensive. When his employees left the work site, they left their construction debris at my unit. When I asked him about it and asked him why they did not pick it up, he replied "that's what they do". In addition, his 3 employees were lazy enough not to protect parts of my floor (in other words cover it with a tarp or something, like they did with other floors), so their joint compound stuck to the floor in one of my rooms. I spent 2 hours on my knees scraping it off and Dragan did not want to send his employees back to clean it after I complained about it. That was very unprofessional. I will not use Buildwell Construction, LLC services again and will tell other people about their deeds.

    Hi there 

    I do want to apologize personally about your bad experience . I do not remember who are you from my customers in ************* area that I send 3 of my guys to do job for you.

    Second, I never would told ever to any of my customers "that's what they do" even if wasn't our fault I would send my guys immediately to clean and fix their mess or do repairs . This never happened in last of my 20 years of doing business that I didn't respond to my customers and didn't send guys to clean.

    Again I wish I could remember what job it was but I can't and definitely I do feel sorry  that happened.

    I have my reputation to keep all of my customers on first place and keep every job done 100% finished and cleaned.

    Hi,You may had never done that in the past 20 years, but you did it that time dealing with me. At first, when I asked you about your crew coming back to pick up their construction trash, you stated they don't do that, and then, after my several attempts, you completely stopped responding to my messages because you did not want to send your crew back. I remember all that vividly as it was yesterday. Also, because of your crew's laziness and unprofessionalism, they did not cover all floors fully and then the compound stuck to the floor which I had to clean. Once again, they were not sent back to clean that mess. Finally, the price that you charged me was outrageous (and I knew that from the start), but had no choice because I was under the time constraint. Your business with me was to do the job, take the money and get out of there as soon as possible without cleaning what needed to be cleaned. I told other people about my terrible experience and will tell more when I speak to them. I will not do business with you again. Have a good night.
