      I booked a tour for 4 on Dec 28 2023 and the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather. I got a call from them and they gave 2 choices, Either get full refund or reschedule to a different date. Since I was in ***** only for 3 days, I requested for a full refund and they said it will be done in 14 days.       I hope this email finds you well. I would like to first and foremost apologize on behalf of **** Pennekamp Coral *************** for the time it has taken to process your request for a refund. I do see that you have received your refund back due to a dispute. This is not how we typically operate and we would like to invite you and your family back for a complimentary Glass Bottom Boat tour for 3 adults and 1 child. I do see that you are out of state so please feel free to reach out to me directly if/when you come back to this area and would like to take me up on this offer. 




      We do value all of our customers and look forward to the opportunity to do business with you in the future.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The vendor can however get better in timely responses to customers. I appreciate they provide a complimentary tour but I will not be coming to ** for the rest of the year.
