    We picked up the two scooters on 6/1, and immediately on the morning of 6/2 one of the scooters was inoperable - they had to bring out a replacement. The second time I reached out was on 6/4, there was yet again another inoperable scooter issue, to which they brought out another replacement. Then on 6/5, I reached out advising that we have had a multitude of issues and we wanted to return the scooters and get a partial refund for the unused time, where a person on the phone said that it shouldnt be an issue seeing as we have already returned two scooters. I then sent an email advising of the issues to the company stating that I only wanted a partial refund, where the company tried blaming the issues on us, stating that we rode the scooters during stormy weather, to which I replied that we did not, and that they were secure in a back alley parking area by our resort. Mind you they did not respond to my initial email at all until I advised that if I did not hear anything back from them that I would dispute the charge. This is when they blamed us for this. To which I replied back stating we did not drive the scooters in any kind of water or stormy weather. They never responded to my last email.
