    I hired Triple S Plumbing back in July 2022 to come pump out my septic tank. Come to find out they only pumped out 1 out of the 2 holding tanks and did not clean the filter. My sewer started to back up Into my home already again. After buying a very expensive Auger, and that didn't do the trick I decided to take a look at my septic tank. While digging I found out I had a 2nd holding tank . Seeing that explains why my sewer was backing up. Triple S is the professionals not me . I just bought the home the year before so I wasn't aware of the 2nd holding tank. However when I called Triple S to inform them that the job wasn't done properly they said that there paperwork said both tanks were pumped. I explained I watched them the first time and only 1 tank was pumped Not both. I paid for a job and that job was not done. I hoped they would make it right today however they did not they said I had to pay again 250.00 when. I paid 385.00 the first time. It's bad business and it's basically stealing from customers. I paid for a job to be completed and paid in full and the job was only done halfway only to be charged again today. I'm not happy about having to pay twice for 1 completed job .The worker admired that the job wasn't completed properly he said he called his boss who told him to charge me anyways. It's dishonest practice

    I am trying to respond to complaint # ********.  I spoke with the customer and refunded her credit card.  To my knowledge everything is ok now.  I do not have the login and password information and was not able to do it on the website. Attached is the refund receipt.  Please let me know what additional information you need from me.
