      Our salesperson told us we would be paying a little over **** for both phones per month due to our trade insiPhone 12 and 13. I have the original paperwork stating we would receive a ******* dollar credit on both phones. A few weeks ago I called the toll free number on our bill and we received a partial credit. However the following month our bill was charged once again approximately ***** again for each phone. Also, a bogus phone number was added to our bill and we were charged for this line. No one at your ********* location can tell ** how this number got on our bill. We have also been charged for 411 calls that we never made. Why would we call 411 when we can ****** any phone number.

      ************, our District Manager in ******* reached out to ************************* and had them visit the location to clear up any and all issues to the customers satisfaction.  There were communication issues where our representative was not answering questions as they should have been.  We have coached this situation along with working with **** to resolve this situation.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The sales manager that sold ** the phones has been in contact with me. Verbally he has taken care of the problem. However, we would like to view our next 2 bills before we close the case. Our billing is done on the 19th of each month.
