    Order Number: #**** Date of Purchase: 11/25/2024 Nature of Complaint: Lack of Response to Refund Request Complaint Details: I reached out to Toddler Kids Beds (business named changed to Signatured Wood and is owned by umbrella company Bodrum Holdings LLC) on 1/31/2025 regarding a return request for my order #****. While I understand the standard return policy is 30 days, I kindly asked if an exception could be made, as the item remains unopened in its original packaging and is no longer needed due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite my polite and reasonable request, the company has not responded to my email. I believe that at the very least, I deserve a response and consideration of my request. The lack of communication is disappointing and not reflective of good customer service. I am filing this complaint in hopes that Toddler Kids Beds will respond appropriately and work with me toward a fair resolution. Requested Resolution: I would appreciate a full refund for the unopened item. I would like Toddler Kids Beds to acknowledge and respond to my request. Thank you for your time in reviewing this matter.
