      I took my Iphone 12 Pro Max in October 2022 to change the rear glass, at the time they call me to tell me that they did not have the blue glass, that I had to keep the black one because they already had the phone open and they didn't have availability, after 2 hours they told me that they installed the black glass and they had already requested the blue one, which would arrive in 2 weeks, to which I agreed since I needed My equipment was urgently needed, when I went to receive it, the camera was not working and the speaker was disconnected, to which they told me to come back in a couple of days that the technician who intervened the phone would fix it, after going there on more than three occasions They did not receive the phone because the technician who had worked on it was not available, when they finally received it, I returned in the afternoon and received my phone with the blue rear glass but now with a different touch screen (No Origin), with a halo of white light in which the manipulation of the equipment was affected, the screen protruding from the frame and the battery bothering (It turned off and on sporadically) when I ask the woman who attended me, she tells me that she has no knowledge, I call the manager Carlos and he told me the Original screen "Broken" in the hands of the technician who was going to change it but I had to give him time to request it and that the battery was going to be checked, if it could have been badly connected something, I made him aware of the risk he was running with that screen since it protruded from the frame (it would break at any moment) to which he tells me that there was no problem "they will assume the problem" today, February 2, it led to my being solved and they tell me that they cannot assume the arrangement that I have to pay an additional $70 to make the change, 5 months without my phone and they have the audacity to want to charge me for something that I know will not fully solve the problem with my phone
