May 11 2022 we paid half of the quote $2,325.00 for Pavers installation within 2 to 3 weeks. Then we called because there was no sign of them, and the owner ************************* responded that it was a misunderstanding and ******** was supposed to say that the job will be done 4 to 6 weeks. I have all communication of texts, check of the money already paid for the past 7 months. ************** always says having issues of order of installation that we were #7 and back and forth with same story. Last month he finally responded to my last text saying that he had the pavers, the problem was he lost his crew but he was back getting on track. I told him all I wanted is my pavers to go ahead and give me an installation date, then he disappeared again. Please need help, my next step that I've been trying to avoid is through legal ways. Please help I just want my money back at this point.

I contacted Capital Property Improvements LLC via ******** to help me with installing pavers on my property. A lady named Franzuas R**** came to my property to do an estimate. The total amount of the job was going to be $6,300. They requested 1/2 of the money ($3,150) to get the paver order started. Mr. Roberto L**** sent us an email with the receipt #****. The transaction was done on 06/16/22 and they stated that the paver installation will take place the beginning of August 2022. It is now the beginning of October and no one has contacted me. I have left several messages on the number listed for them 407-655-6679. I also contacted them via ******** and Instagram. I got a response on Instagram that my installation was going to take place last month but no one ever came to my property.

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2022/11/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not satisfied with the response of the business stating that they will contact me privately or directly. It has been 5 months since I requested their services and I have yet to receive a response to my numerous messages and voicemails. I would like a refund of the deposit I put down of $3,150. The job was never started and no one has contacted me to tell me what occurred as I was told the job will be completed the beginning of August 2022. The resolution I request is a full refund of the money I put down. Thank you
