      We hired this company to build a dock. Plans were drafted and submitted to our HOA for approval. The time frame quoted from start to completion was 3 to 4 days. Work started on 11/1/2023. The decking on the dock was not completed according to the plans and they were supposed to come back out to fix the issue. It was also supposed to have X-Bracing which it does not. Furthermore when standing on a portion of the decking, it appears that the deck is not stable. The company has been telling us for almost 3 weeks that a crew will be out to fix the work on certain days and then no one shows up. In addition, we are being told od certain parts still needing to be installed are having supply issues. The company appears to make promises that someone will show up and then when they don't they don't know what to say. We just want them to complete our dock as proposed in the plans and fix the mistakes they have made.

      My name is ********************************* manager from Sunrise Deck & Dock LLC we make the contract with ********************* 09/08/2023 we sign with him we make the dock base on my contract the first complain from the customer i was the * brazing witch is shooing in the plans she is there but we explain to the customer that we have a standers plans but that is  template that we use see the plans that i upload we have 2 details is depends for the customer 

      put the customer want the * brazing we tell him that we can pass by and install and he field a complain base on this 

      we call him to see what going on because the moment that he field the Complain the jo0b is was complete you are going to see the pictures 

      then the other complain i was we was working with another contract witch he name is ************************* and tell us that we dint need any permits by the county he was the person responsible for the permits and the information was wrong we call the county yes is require for all the boat docks 

      i explain to the customer that also know we already have the permits approved by the county 

      i call you guys to explain everything and di it know that we need to send a massage that why i never email to you guys i call you guys 

      i just wait to get the inspections for electrical permits 

      i don't want to loose my page with you guys
