    Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Flexibility and Compassion from Ready Set Enterprise LLC Dear BBB,I am writing to file a complaint regarding Ready Set Enterprise LLC. I hired their services for an outdoor event at my home and paid a $300 deposit. However, due to the forecast of a hurricane expected to impact **************, which is very close to where I live in *********************, I decided to change the date of my event. I reached out to Ready Set Enterprise LLC to reschedule, but they initially refused. Later, they only offered me Fridays in October and said they had no availability until next year.While I was disappointed, I understood the situation. Ready Set was providing one of the services I valued most for my event, including a LED dance floor and DJ services. Given that they couldnt provide the service on a suitable date, I kindly asked for a refund of my deposit. I understand their contract states the deposit is non-refundable, but I was not canceling for personal reasonsthe cancellation was due to the hurricane.Despite this, they showed no flexibility or compassion in understanding the situation and refused to refund my money. I feel this is unfair, considering the circumstances were beyond my control. I believe this behavior is exploitative, especially in such a difficult situation.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,****** ****

    Thank for the response, but I must respectfully clarify some points. I have a recorded message from the company owner stating that someone could be sent to accommodate the date I was available for the party. However, I was informed that the price would increase because the owner was not personally available. This reasoning does not align with the original agreement, and I do not find it fair to penalize me for circumstances beyond my control, especially after the hurricane disrupted our plans.


    While I appreciate the options provided for rescheduling, my decision to hold the party on November 2 was based on the availability of my other vendors and guests. It was not simply a matter of unwillingness but rather ensuring everything aligned for the event to proceed smoothly.

    I hope we can reach a resolution that is fair to both sides.
