    I had rent a event venue from them, I scherdule the event twise but I cant sel ticket to full the place. And I cencell the event. I ask them for refund they're refused to do so. I have to filed this complaint.

    The client signed their agreement and initialed each section especially after the CANCELLATION section where it states that there are NO refunds for cancellations.  We worked with the client and moved the date with the last one being to October 17, 2024. Each date change we held the date from other business and with short notice we were unable to resell the space to recoup funds.

    I didin't want to cancell the contract by the gave me oportinity to ask for cancell because I haven't time to reschedule for next two mont then I ask them to give me credit to use the place for year of 2025 then they said no. Thats why I do not ask for cancell I ask for refund.

    We have changed the original contracted date twice for Mr. ************* Both dates he chose to change at the last minute which gave us no time to resell the space to recoup any revenue.  There is not enough evidence to convince us that he will not do so again. Our standard practice is to not reschedule dates outside or beyond the year of original contract.  The original contract states "Any money paid, date-hold retainer and/or final payment will not be refunded for cancellations not made by the event center.  An option to move the date of event without penalty is at the discretion of the venue and based upon availability." The client initialed this clause and was fully aware of the agreement.  We graciously let the client change to two different dates.
