    On August 16, 2024, I contracted Lasrasy Fence Inc. to install a fence in the backyard of my residence for a total cost of $6,500, covering both materials and labor. A few months after installation, I began noticing issues with the fence panels specifically, some panels appeared to be shifting, causing visible gaps to form between them.On April 10, 2025, I contacted Lasrasy Fence Inc. via email to report the issue and requested that someone inspect the fence to help determine whether the problem falls under the labor warranty or the manufacturers warranty. I received a prompt reply from the office administrator indicating that my concern would be forwarded to the owner for further handling.However, as of today, no one from the company has followed up with me. On April 24, 2025 two weeks after my initial message I sent a second, polite follow-up email to request assistance, but I have not received a response.I am disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability. I am seeking a timely inspection and resolution of the problem with the fence, and I would appreciate any assistance the BBB can provide in facilitating this matter.

    I am providing an update on my previous complaint regarding the improper installation of my fence by Lasrasy Fence Inc. Since filing the complaint, the company sent out two workers to inspect the fence and attempt to address the issue of visible gaps.


    Upon inspection, it became clear that the original installation was not done properly. Specifically, the workers confirmed that key components were left outnamely, pieces meant to enclose the panels and prevent gaps between them. These missing parts are what caused the fence to have visible openings, defeating its purpose.


    While I appreciate the companys response in sending workers to evaluate the situation, the fact remains that the initial installation was incomplete and not up to professional standards. I am now awaiting a resolution from the company to fully correct this issue by installing the missing components properly and at no additional cost to me.

    Good morning. Our company actually sent a worker last week to fix the issue at Mr. ********* house. 
    We tried to communicate with him to see if everything was done accordingly but no answer on his behalf.

    Yes, the company finally sent people to fix the deficiencies with the fence. Thank you for all the assistance, wish I didnt have to get the BBB involved but I had no option at the time. Glad you guys are always available for the consumer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Yes, the company finally sent people to fix the deficiencies with the fence.     We paid about 10k for a fence that's was installed wrong. They returned and patched the fence up which continues to break and looks horrible...

    Good afternoon This is the second time that Mr. ****** put in the same complain about the work we did for him. Last time we send all the proof that we had that job was done correctaly.   Mr. ****** was happy and satisfied with results of the job.

    He call letting us know that there was something wrong we went back out and look at the problem and the workers fix the it. They didn't go and put something there to fix so it can stay. They took daown and put a brand new on.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They did not do a good job. This is why they kept sending their workers to repair the issue. I just want my fence post and doors that have holes from all the repairs Replaced.
