You can rest assured your best interest is their top priority. **** and staff truely work relentlessly on your behalf to ensure your situation is properly handled. They are attentive to all of my concerns and make sure I understand each step as we go as I had no experience with this type of situation before. **** will go toe to toe with anyone to make sure your case is handled correctly and will not back down until it is.If you have an issue with your home and outstanding repairs and dont know what to do you can trust the experienced staff at Ladder and Heels Adjusting!

Mari I ****** from Ladders and Heels Public Adjusters have worked in my claim against ******** ********* tirelessly and she was able to recover for me substantially more than the insurance was even considering to cover. Her knowledge and experience guided me through the process, and her negotiation skills were invaluable for the success of my claim. She went from A to Z with the insurance adjuster, presented the estimates, and was not taking a NO for an answer from them. She knew my rights and defended them. She overcame all their objections, pointed out the extent of the damages caused by the storm, and managed my file with extreme professionalism, fairness, and attention to details.
