    Receiving unsolicited phone calls and when you called to ask them to stop calling they just hang up on you I don't do business with this company and wish to be left alone

    Many complaints on Comcast every month the only thing I ask for is getting what I pay

    Comcast bill me approximately 3 years ago in December of 2021 I'm saying that I owed $261.23 and they sent out a current bill that had no beginning date and no no ending date which I returned the equipment November 12th 2021 and I have a copy of that statement of returned equipment to Comcast and I filed this before but I didn't have all my documents with me and they have a collection agency trying to collect this money from me that saying that the receipt that they gave is a legit one saying that I owe the document even though they don't have dates Stadium when I had service or beginning dates or any dates of when I had service so I'm sending a copy to you guys this time so you can see the return invoice to Comcast 1112/2021 trying to get this resolved to show that I do not owe them a thing account number ************* 0 4 0 6 7 8 9 ********************** account number

    The middle of November I called Comcast to have billing date moved from the 15th of the month to the 10th. December came and they did not deduct the funds. So I waited until after the 15th, called, paid the bill.I explained to both ***** and his supervisor ************ am on social security disability and my checks to not always come on/before the 5th, and I will not always have the funds to pay. ***** told me nothing they can do. After being a customer for over 20 years, they can not move my billing date 5 days. I tried to explain it was ok while I was working and receiving checks twice a month, but now I only get one check. I dont know how long I will be on disability, I am fighting cancer an can not work to get a twice a month check. I was told their is no one in the building or within the company that can help me.
