    I ordered the Ball Launcher as described in this ad ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I only received the ***** and was told via email that was what was ordered. The description is for the Ball Launcher with the *****, not for the ***** only. Link to email conversation w **** *************************************************************************** The description is misleading and I would not have bought the ***** for $15.00. I want a refund based on false/misleading advertising.

     This customer placed an order at our store on August 28, 2024    She expressed her disappointment to the store demanding a full refund false/misleading advertising   We believed her claim as legit for 2 to other customers felt the same way about the ad.  For that reason, we validated her claim and issued her a full refund for $15.00 and advise her to keep the product as a curtesy.

    I ordered a " HiPaw Breathable Mesh Dog Boots" (paw covers for my dog) online on January 18, 2023 which I received on January 23, 2023. Unfortunately, the item does not fit my dog's paws. The neck on the paw covers where one has to first slide it onto the dog's paw is too narrow, at least for my dog, I am unable to put the covers on any of his paws (there are 4). So, on that same date, January 25, 2023, using their contact form I contacted Mia's Pet Supply explaining the problem and asking to exchange them for a larger size (there would be no change in price). Needless to say I did not even receive an acknowledgement of having received my request nor have I gotten ANY response from Mia's Pet Supply. I again emailed the business on February 2, 2023 with no response as yet. I also called the telephone number they provide on the website and on three (3) different occasions the call was immediately disconnected. I tried calling again today, February 3, 2023, with the same results - immediate call disconnect.. I believe that this business may be operating in an unscrupulous manner and despite their claim that "The satisfaction of our customers is our priority" it appears that they are acting to the contrary. I would be satisfied if I get the exchange I requested (the extra large size), failing that a full refund will be acceptable. Thank you.
